Club Hours and Location
Monday – Friday: 6 am – 9 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 7 am – 8 pm

Daily Fees
For exclusive Hotel Jerome rates, call the hotel concierge at 970-429-7604. For short-term club memberships, call 970-920-5824.

Shuttle Service
Free shuttle service to the spa is available from 9 am – closing. Call 925-8900 to schedule a ride or see the hotel concierge. Gratuities are appreciated.

Reservations
Spa treatments and services are limited, so please make appointments in advance of arrival. For reservations or additional information, call 970-925-8900 or the hotel’s concierge at 970-429-7604.

Cancellations
Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment time in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

When to Arrive
We suggest arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time in order to make use of the locker rooms and relaxation room.

What to Wear
We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing and do not bring your jewelry or valuables to the spa. A spa robe and slippers will be provided. You may fully disrobe for your treatment, as our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort. However, you may wear undergarments or a bathing suit if you wish.

Health Considerations
For your comfort and well-being, please let us know upon booking if you have any special physical or medical conditions we should be aware of.

Requests for Therapists
When making your reservation, please state any preferences you may have for male or female therapists. We will do our best to accommodate your request according to availability.

Age Requirements
Guests must be at least 16 years old to use the fitness center. For spa treatments and services, guests must be at least 16 years old or, for children ages 12 to 15, must be accompanied by a guardian.
