Let us ensure that your next meeting or conference will be successful and memorable. With over 7,500 square feet of meeting space, the Hotel Jerome’s conference facilities rival those of the world’s best hotels.

Facilities

Conference facilities include a 3,450-square-foot Grand Ballroom with a capacity of up to 400. The Grand Ballroom is the only above-ground ballroom in Aspen. Four additional meeting rooms accommodate groups of 10 to 80. Outdoor function space with views of Aspen Mountain can host a function of up to 350.

Our full service Catering and Conference Services Department can coordinate all the details of your meeting or conference. 

Business Support

The Hotel Jerome provides all the modern amenities required for a successful meeting, including high-speed Internet access and secretarial services. Additionally, the hotel can provide a comprehensive range of related office equipment and services including photocopying, fax transmission, cordless phones, personal computers and printers.
